Over the past two weeks, Exeter Township Volunteer Fire Department members have participated in hands-on training focused on building key rescue skills.
๐๏ธ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐ โ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ Members rotated through four stations designed to prepare them for water-related emergencies: ๐ถ Inflatable Boat Setup: Unfolding, inflating, deflating and repacking ๐งฐ Equipment Review: PPE for different calls, trailer contents and types of PFDs ๐งต Rope Toss: Proper technique for tossing rope to a victim or rescuer and how to repack and inspect it ๐ค V-Bottom Boat: Equipment overview and motor setup
