The past weekend was busy with calls for ETVFD crews, including two vehicle fires and an accident with injuries. On Saturday night, crews assisted with the first vehicle fire in the engine compartment following an accident with injuries on Perkiomen Avenue. Crews assisted with patient care and road cleanup before being placed available. Tower 25 was also part of the ladder arch for West Reading's Armed Forces Day Parade. On Sunday crews, responded to a vehicle crash with unknown injuries. When crews arrived, they found a fully involved vehicle fire. Crews quickly extinguished the fire with a bumper line.
