ETFD's weekly member training focused on ambulance familiarization. Our partners from Life Lion EMS brought an ambulance so members could review where key pieces of equipment are located and how they work. Following the ambulance familiarization training, members received an overview of First Due, our new emergency records management and response software. Members learned how to schedule shifts, create and submit reports, and manage other critical functions.
