This past week was yet another busy week for us at The Exeter Township Fire Department. To start our week, crews responded to the City of Reading for a reported Structure Fire with Entrapment. Upon arrival, crews were put to work assisting with fire suppression and overhaul. Meanwhile, crews in the Township responded to 3 calls while Rescue Engine 25 was in Reading. Going through the week, staffing crews would respond to numerous calls for service such as Structure Fires, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Hazmat incidents, Brush Fires and so much more.

While balancing this large call load, the members continued to train on basic Search and Rescue techniques in our weekly training. Tomorrow members will be focused on setting up for this years annual Christmas Tree sale. As a reminder, the Christmas Tree sale begins Friday, November 24th. Weekdays hours will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Weekend hours will be 9:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
