Last night ETVFD members were invited to participate in a structural burn session with the West Reading Fire Department at the Berks County Fire Training Center. Our members are required to complete one structural burn session per year to maintain the qualification of interior firefighter. This gives members the opportunity to work on team work, communications, advancing hose lines as well as how to manage their air usage from the self contained breathing apparatus.
