The Exeter Township Volunteer Fire Department (ETVFD) has worked closely with the Exeter Township School District (ETSD) over the last few years to develop a Tax Credit program to help with recruitment and retention of firefighters that live in the Exeter School District. The ETSD adopted the tax credit program in March 2022 for the 2022/2023 tax cycle. Last week, the ETSD approved the tax credit applications for 20 ETVFD members. The eligible members received their $600 tax credit check in the mail this week! We appreciate the support of the ETSD to recognize this important program to help the local community.

1. $600 Tax Credit - Exeter Township School District Taxes
2. 50% Tax Credit - Exeter Township Municipal Taxes
3. 50% Tax Credit - Local Earned Income Tax (Up to $500)
