Congratulations to Firefighter Anthony Ricciuti for receiving full interior firefighter status. Chief Chris Jordan presented Firefighter Ricciuti — or Rigatoni as he's referred to around the firehouse — with his black interior shield during the February member meeting. During his probationary period, Firefighter Ricciuti demonstrated proficiency in his firefighting skills, including performing well during fire calls, live burns and department trainings. Firefighter Ricciuti earned his national Firefighter I certification, and he's also pursuing his National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification after completing a comprehensive EMT course.
