Exeter fire ran 3 working fires in less than 36 hours. The first of which was a 3 alarm fire on N Furnace St in Birdsboro Borough. The truck, engine, engine tanker, and the rescue truck all made the response. Reports were that the fire started in a back room of the building and spread to 2 attached dwellings. Fire number 2 was the next night on Pineland Rd in Exeter twp, deputy 25-3 arrived on scene to find smoke showing from the single family dwelling and called the working fire dispatch. Interior crews found fire in the basement extending into the walls. Fire number 3 was later that night again in Birdsboro Borough, Initial reports were a fully involved detached garage threatening other structures. Chief 7 arrived on scene and made it a working fire, Engine 7 was first on scene and stretched a hand line to extinguish the fire while engine 25 arrived right behind them and made a forward lay to the fire ground to supply engine 7. Engine 25’s crew assisted with overhaul before returning to service a little under 2 hours later.
