Just after 0430 on Sunday morning Exeter Fire was dispatched to the 50 blk of Holly Dr in Exeter Twp for a report of a fire next to the building that was melting the siding of the structure. Rescue engine 25 arrived on scene with a crew of 4 to find the siding melting and smoldering, crews deployed an 1 3/4 inch crosslay and began to evacuate the residents of the affected units. The incident was held in check by the use of a PW. Units remained on scene for about 90 minutes for overhaul before returning to service.
