In the late morning of Thursday may 5th, Exeter fire was dispatched on the 2nd alarm assignment for a working fire in 19’s area (Earl Township). First in crews found heavy fire from the 2nd floor of the 2 story dwelling. At this point Engine 25, tanker 25, engine tanker 25 and rescue 25 made the response to the fire. Crews split up and went to work with suppression while the rest of the crew took to ladder 95 and helped ventilate the structure. The fire was brought under control in roughly 40 minutes. One firefighter from Exeter was transported to Reading hospital for minor injuries, but since has been released and doing just fine. this marks the 3rd fire in just 5 days for the 25 house.
